A hand-drawn, artistically relaxed film taking place in an unclear future when the Earth is plunged into darkness and cold. The sun comes up only once a year for a few minutes. As this day is about to come, the anxious inhabitants of a seaside resort gather at the beach to savour the moment as much as possible before the world is plunged into darkness again. The film brings a terrifying vision of the future.
