This German film, minimalistic in terms of its editing and semantics, depicts a current issue – fear of war and attempts to ignore its very existence. The main character is a man living his peaceful life in the top floor of a high-rise block of flats without any contact with the outside world. But the war, though distant, becomes more and more intense.
